By accessing and using the AMAX CNC Laser Solutions website, purchasing our laser cutting machines, fiber laser systems, or engaging with our industrial automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website and services, including but not limited to purchases of CNC laser cutting machines, metal fiber laser systems, tube cutting machines, laser marking equipment, and laser welding systems.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products and services.

3.1 Product Categories

4.1 Quotation and Proposal

All orders begin with a detailed quotation process. Customers must provide specific requirements including material types, thickness ranges, production volumes, and facility specifications for accurate pricing of laser cutting machines and related equipment.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase agreement and initial payment. All specifications, delivery timelines, and terms must be agreed upon in writing before manufacturing begins.

4.3 Customization

AMAX specializes in customized laser cutting solutions. Custom configurations may require additional lead time and are subject to specific terms regarding modifications and cancellations.

5.1 Pricing Structure

• All prices are quoted in USD and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping costs
• Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date unless otherwise specified
• Custom configurations may incur additional charges
• Installation and training services are priced separately

5.2 Payment Terms

• Down Payment: 30% upon order confirmation
• Progress Payment: 40% upon manufacturing completion
• Final Payment: 30% upon delivery and acceptance
• Payment Methods: Wire transfer, certified check, or approved financing
• Late Payment: 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue amounts

6.1 Delivery Terms

• Standard delivery time for fiber laser cutting machines: 8-12 weeks from order confirmation
• Custom configurations may require additional 2-4 weeks
• Delivery is FOB factory unless otherwise specified
• Customer is responsible for unloading and positioning equipment
• Delivery delays due to force majeure events are not subject to penalties

6.2 Installation Services

Professional installation services include equipment positioning, electrical connections, calibration, and initial testing. Customer must provide suitable facility conditions including proper electrical supply, compressed air, and environmental controls.

6.3 Acceptance Testing

Equipment acceptance occurs upon successful completion of installation testing and customer sign-off. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of installation completion.

7.1 Standard Warranty

• Laser Source: 2 years or 10,000 hours, whichever comes first
• Mechanical Components: 1 year from installation date
• Electrical Components: 1 year from installation date
• Software: 1 year including updates and bug fixes

7.2 Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. AMAX will repair or replace defective components at no charge during the warranty period.

7.3 Warranty Exclusions

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear items including consumables and cutting heads
• Damage from power surges or inadequate facility conditions
• Modifications made by unauthorized personnel
• Damage during transportation or installation by third parties

AMAX's total liability for any claims arising from the sale, installation, or use of laser cutting machines and related equipment shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall AMAX be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production delays, or business interruption.

Customer acknowledges that laser cutting machines involve inherent risks and agrees to implement proper safety procedures and training programs.

9.1 AMAX Intellectual Property

All designs, software, documentation, and technical specifications related to AMAX laser cutting machines remain the exclusive property of AMAX. Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use software and documentation solely for operating purchased equipment.

9.2 Restrictions

• Reverse engineering or copying of AMAX technology is prohibited
• Software may not be modified, distributed, or used on non-AMAX equipment
• Technical documentation is confidential and may not be shared with third parties
• Patents and trademarks remain property of AMAX

AMAX is committed to protecting customer privacy and data security. We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Data Collection

• Technical specifications and facility requirements
• Equipment usage data for maintenance and support
• Financial information for payment processing

10.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the sales and service process.

11.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by customer with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on manufacturing progress: 10% if cancelled within 48 hours, 25% after manufacturing begins, 50% after 50% completion.

11.2 Service Agreement Termination

Service agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Customer remains responsible for payment of services rendered through termination date.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sale of laser cutting equipment shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mohali, Punjab, India.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Courts of Mohali, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these Terms or AMAX laser cutting machines and services.
